- Promotion Period: Starts 7th February 2019 and ends on 31st March 2019
- Announcement of winners – Stanley Black & Decker will contact the winners through email provided by the customers participating in the promotion. The details on claiming the Dewalt bag (hereafter referred to as the “prize”) will be shared over an email to the winners.
- Eligibility :
- The Promotion is applicable to Citizens of India only. The participant should be above the age of 18. The employees of Stanley Black & Decker and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live), its affiliated companies, their agents/dealers or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion is not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In order to qualify for the Promotion, participants must purchase any DEWALT product between the 7th February 2019 and the 31st March 2019. Claims for products purchased before or after this promotional period will be deemed invalid.
- Specific Seller Exclusions: Products purchased from any platform (online or offline), listed as used/refurbished/Second hand, will not be eligible for this Promotion. The purchased product has to be new.
- Products must be purchased within India from a retailer/Dealer/Shop/Online and must have been supplied and distributed to retailers/Dealers/Online by Stanley Black & Decker India and its associates.
- The redemption product is a DEWALT DWST1-79210. No cash alternative is available for this Promotion. The redemption product is not transferable and we will not refund or exchange the redeemed product.
- The Promoter will not process a claim if participant cannot provide a valid image of the purchase receipt with valid GST number and the date of purchase has to be between 7Feb19 to 31March19.
- Participants must keep the purchased Product for a period of at least 90 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for this promotion.
- The participants have to produce the original bill at the time of claiming the prize.
- Only one claim per product and per person will be accepted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that it did not return the product within the period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone or email, will not be accepted. Illegible incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
